Patti Maguire Armstrong, wife and mother of 10, Catholic speaker and an award-winning journalist with National Catholic Register, Our Sunday Visitor, Legatus, Catholic Mom, Catholic Lane, and PattiMaguireArmstrong.com
Patti began homeschooling with her four oldest children in grades 7, 4, 2, and kindergarten with a toddler and another on the way. She and her husband felt clearly called to bring their children home for school, although how on earth it would be possible concerned her. With prayer, God’s grace and lots of inspiration, Patti developed ways to juggle the day and keep everyone happy and learning.
Two of their children were AIDS orphans from Kenya who joined the family as teenagers. Patti and Mark homeschooled until high school where their children became very successful students at the local Catholic high school. The youngest just graduated this year.
